Bassinet | Extra bed
Upon request and for a surcharge, we can arrange to have a bassinet or extra bed put in your room. Not all rooms can accommodate extra beds.

Instructions in case of fire
Please refer to the instructions on the inside of your room’s door. In case of fire or other emergency, please dial 99.

Checking in
You can check-in every day from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can go ahead and park your car in our car park and leave your bags with us.

Checking out
You must vacate the room no later than 11:00. Please speak with the reception desk staff if you would like a later check-out time.

Problems
If anything in your room is broken, missing or not in order, please report the problem to the reception desk.

Blankets | Pillows
Extra blankets or pillows are available upon request. Please contact the reception desk or dial extension 99.

Dietary preferences
Should you have special dietary preferences or allergies, we are naturally eager to accommodate you. Please inform the reception desk staff.

Physician
Contact via the reception desk or physician on-call service. The central physician on-call service for the area, the Centrale Huisarstsendienst Drenthe, is located at Oostersingel 23 in Assen. Telephone number +31 (0)59 239 1900. You must ring ahead to make an appointment before visiting.

Bike shed
You may store your bicycle in our bike shed. The shed is located in the car park to the rear of the hotel. The key to the bike shed can be picked up at the reception.

Bicycle rental
We have bicycles and (upon request) electric bikes available for rent. Ask the reception desk about the fees.

Pets
Your pet is welcome to join you in our restaurant. A surcharge will apply for a stay in one of our rooms.

Complaints
For complaints, comments or suggestions, we kindly ask that you report these to our staff directly (waitstaff, reception desk or the manager on duty), so that we will have the opportunity to look into the matter and to resolve it as necessary.

Dress code
No pyjamas or bathing attire allowed in the restaurant.

Coffee and tea facilities
Your room is equipped with a Nespresso machine that you may use free of charge. To make tea: do not place a capsule in the machine, simply press the button for a cup of coffee.

Newspapers
Newspapers are laid out on the table in the lobby every morning for communal use.

Lift
To operate the lift, you must press and hold the button for the desired floor. Please do not press the red button: doing so will shut down the lift entirely.

Breakfast
You may seat yourself in our restaurant to eat breakfast. Rather than a breakfast buffet, we will serve you a generous breakfast at your table.
Monday through Friday: 07:30 – 10:00
Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 – 10:30

Bike charging
You may charge your electric bicycle in our bike shed.

Parking
You may use our car park (behind the hotel) free of charge during your stay with us. We cannot be held responsible for any property that is lost or damaged in or near the hotel.

Restaurant
Our restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You may join us from 11:30 on for a delicious lunch. In the evening, we are open for dinner from 17:00. Reservations preferred. You can view the menu at the reception desk or on our website.

No smoking
Smoking is banned in all areas of the hotel and restaurant. You may smoke on our terraces and on the balcony or terrace adjoining your room. When smoking outside, we ask that you keep the door to your room shut whenever possible in order to minimise the nuisance to others. If this smoking ban is violated, we will be obliged to charge the violator(s) a €100 fine.

Room service
If you would like to take advantage of our room service, please contact the reception desk. There is an additional charge of €5 per service.

Key card
An electronically programmed key card is used to open the door to your room. Please avoid storing this card next to your mobile phone, as this may erase the data on the card. If your card is not working properly, we ask that you bring it to the reception desk for inspection.

Suite
The hotel has one suite with a whirlpool bath. Enquire at the reception desk for more information.

Telephone
You may place calls to the reception desk or other rooms free of charge. To speak to the reception staff, press 99; for all other rooms, dial the room number. Calls to outside the hotel may last no longer than five minutes.

Tourist information
Several cycling and hiking routes are available at the reception desk. You can ask the reception staff for information about the local area. For more detailed tourist information, you may enquire at the Tourist Information Point Borger, which is only 20 metres from the hotel.

Wi-Fi
You may access our Wi-Fi from anywhere in the hotel, free of charge. All you need do is connect to the network (Bieze_Gast). Please ask the reception staff if you need help in connecting your devices to the Wi-Fi.

Changes | cancellation
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry will apply to any changes. If, in the course of your stay, circumstances should arise that result in a desire to change your reservation, please see the reception desk. We will be happy to explore the options.
